Padding Install

Making sure that we finish the job on time is our number one priority, but rest assured, we don’t cut corners to make it happen. Making compromises when it comes to quality and craftsmanship doesn’t even cross our minds. Instead, we train our staff in-house and prepare them for events like last-minute changes during wall construction.

We give them the tools and knowledge to deal with the situation in a professional and timely manner. We don’t require as-built drawings, enabling us to come in before the walls are even finished. And get a head start on installation to ensure you can open your doors to the public sooner.

Warranty

Our cover warranty applies to the fabric material and workmanship defects for a period of 1 to 2 years from the date of installation (depending on product purchased).

Warranty does not include holes, rips, or abrasions from ladders, tools, holds, harsh cleaners, etc. Padding is expected to be used for normal climbing activities, and for any non-intended use, please contact us.

Our foam warranty is 3 or 4yrs (depending on the product purchased. We leave extra foam slabs after install for possible future needs.
