Jacquie Des Rosiers

Hi! My name is Jacquie Des Rosiers.

I am a climber, coach, and routesetter born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. I started climbing in 2014 as part of an after-school youth program, and the climbing gym quickly became my safe space and second home. I climbed outdoors for the first time in 2018 and loved every part of it: being in nature, exploring unique climbs and crags, pushing my boundaries, and connecting with like-minded people. I love the climbing community and seeing how much value climbing plastic and rock can bring to other’s lives. Routesetting and coaching have given me an avenue to share my passion and empower others. It is incredibly fulfilling to watch people grow and build confidence through climbing.
